Mateusz Mitkow

Mateusz Mitkow is an expert in space-related issues, the development of the Polish space sector, and emerging technologies in the context of security and defense. He also specializes in geopolitics, international security, and the global technological race. Since 2021, he has published analyses and articles on space policy and the space industry in Poland and worldwide.
He graduated in European Studies and holds a Master’s degree in Internal Security with a specialization in crisis management from the University of Warsaw. He has participated in international conferences such as Defence24 Days, the International Astronautical Congress, Globstate, and the Space Sector Forum, as well as industry seminars dedicated to space technologies, including “Secure Connectivity for Poland – Opportunities and Perspectives” and “Development of Multi-Domain Operational Capabilities in the Polish Armed Forces.”
He provides expert commentary for Polish and international media outlets and conducts interviews with leading representatives of the space industry in Poland and across Europe. Since 2024, he has served as Managing Editor of Space24.pl.
