An experienced leader, capital markets expert, and practitioner with more than 17 years of professional experience in investment banking and the broader capital markets ecosystem. She currently manages and oversees the Primary Market Department at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where she is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic development directions of the equity and bond primary markets, including shaping their long-term growth priorities.
She has extensive and proven experience in strategy development and issuer acquisition, combining in-depth market knowledge with practical transaction expertise. She has successfully initiated and led transformation processes and contributed to strengthening the role of public capital markets as a strategic source of financing for business growth.
Prior to joining the Warsaw Stock Exchange, she was associated with IPOPEMA Securities, where she held senior management positions within the investment banking division in recent years. She has broad experience in structuring and executing ECM, DCM, and M&A transactions for both public and private companies across a wide range of industries. She also advised private companies on raising private financing, including venture debt and pre-IPO funding.
She began her professional career at PwC and holds a securities broker license.
