Dr. Agnieszka Łukaszczyk is a leader in the space sector and an internationally recognized expert in space policy, government relations, and space security. She is the Founder and CEO of hiALtitude Consulting, where she advises governments, international organizations, and commercial space companies on regulatory strategy, geopolitical risk, and institutional cooperation.
She leads Institutional Relations for the preparations of IAC2027 in Poznań, overseeing engagement with key stakeholders for one of the world’s most significant space-sector events. She also serves as a Senior Advisor to Andart Global (Dubai) and Renaissance Strategic Advisors (USA), providing strategic counsel at the intersection of space, security, and international policy.
Previously, Dr. Łukaszczyk served as Vice President at Planet, where she was responsible for government relations and strategic initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She also held several positions at the European Commission, focusing on space policy, space security, and Earth observation. Earlier in her career, she was Director of the Brussels Office of the Secure World Foundation, a Research Fellow at the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI), and Chair, Executive Director, and later Chair of the Board of the Space Generation Advisory Council in Support of the UN Programme on Space Applications (SGAC).
Dr. Łukaszczyk holds a PhD in Space Security from the War Studies University in Warsaw. She also earned postgraduate qualifications in Space Sector Management in Emerging Economies from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and in International Policy from American University. In addition, she completed executive leadership programs for space-sector leaders at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
