Ministerial Representative for Cybersecurity at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, and Ministerial Representative for Digitalisation

For many years, he has been involved in IT management (including projects financed by EU funds) and IT in business applications. He serves as Director of the Information Technology and Communication Department at the Ministry of Interior and Administration, where he is responsible for strategic projects related to the state's telecommunications infrastructure; the use of artificial intelligence systems in the activities of services responsible for security, crisis management, and civil protection; communication segments of space policy, including GOVSATCOM and the EU Secure Connectivity program; and areas of operation of EU Large-Scale Information Systems.

He is the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Interior and Administration for Cybersecurity at the Ministry of Interior and Administration and the Plenipotentiary for Information Technology.
